Coinslotty Casino Look and Feel

Coinslotty’s website works flawlessly. Each page loads exceptionally fast, and the design is a copy of many other great online casinos. The dark theme is aesthetically pleasing, and it’s easy to immerse yourself into the games you enjoy most. 

The Coinslotty team has separated “instant games” and “Slot games” into two different tabs. This makes it incredibly easy to search for unique games when users are not interested in slot games for the time. It’s not a difficult idea to implement, and it’s helpful to many users.

If you are a slot player, you may find yourself waiting over a minute for some games. However, this is due to the provider’s servers and no fault at the Coinslotty developers. Instant games and the live casino are quick and easy to join.

Coinslotty works well for both desktop and mobile views. However, some live casino games won’t work as flawlessly on the mobile site.

Slots

As mentioned earlier, the only loading times you need to worry about with Coinslotty are related to the providers’ servers. Not all games are provably fair, and each one works according to the provider’s coding. As Coinslotty has no control over the games, they can not alter any results for personal gain. Instant Games and Table Games

The instant games and table games tabs are filled with all non-slot games. This includes popular games such as blackjack, crash, roulette, coinflip, and minesweeper. The games load instantly, as the name suggests. As a method to make games more engaging, some games show bets from other users at the same time. Unfortunately, Coinslotty is still new and doesn’t have a large community at this time. Therefore, it’s rare for users to be playing the same game. 

Live Casino Games

Coinslotty has partnered with multiple live casino providers, including popular providers such as ALG gaming and Lucky Streak. They have a large selection of live casino tables to choose from.  Available live games include roulette, blackjack, baccarat, poker, super six, and more.

We found no issues with the live streams, and user’s can select the video quality. The majority of the providers have an HD camera and extra-large numbers for users to easily see the cards or roulette numbers. 

ALG Gaming does allow users to “try for free,” but other live games do not have this option. The main issue I found with the live casino tab is that it shows options of games that are not genuine live games. It’s not a site-breaking issue but is only frustrating to the user. 

Overall, the Live Casino games had no issues and were responsive enough that I didn’t need to worry if my bets went through.

Strict KYC Policies

We found Coinslotty’s Know Your Customer requirements incredibly invasive in comparison to it’s competitors.

In order to make withdrawals, you need to verify your account; this means every user is required to upload the following documents:

1. Proof of ID. It must reflect:

-your photo

-your name

-your date of birth

-expiration date of the document

Examples: ID, passport, driver’s license.

Note that scans and screenshots of the photos are not accepted.

2. Proof of address. It must be no older than 90 days and reflect:

-your name

-address, stated in the profile

-issuance date of the document

Examples: utility bills and bank statements.

3. Proof of payment method. After a deposit is made, users must send a screenshot or photo from an online bank, bank statement, Skrill page, etc. showing the deposit. 

The team is strict on the submitted KYC papers. In our testing, it took about 12 hours for the KYC to be accepted, but the team asked for 48 hours on average. If it takes longer than this, you are able to contact support to speed up the process. 

That being said, there are bonuses to users when they fill in their KYC and verify their phone number.

Customer Support

The site offers both email support and a live chat customer support system. Both are available 24/7, which is heavily appreciated. We went through both systems and the response time was average. 

While there was a live chat system, the agent took about 5 minutes to reply to each question. The agent took a few minutes to research each question. This included trivial questions such as who are you licensed by?

For harder questions such as site mechanical issues, or glitches, it is necessary to go through email support, as the live chat agents do not have permission to alter anything on the website for the users.

The entire support system might not be at a premium level, and the response time was below expectation. However, the agent did a great job, researched, and always provided the correct information. 

Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits were consistent with the website’s competitors. Coinslotty has a rule of 4 confirmations before adding the funds to the account. There were no extra fees to deposit or withdraw funds. Coinslotty makes things easy for deposits with the deposit button always available at the top of the screen. They’ve provided both a wallet ID as well as a QR code to make things easier. 

Users must deposit a minimum of 0.0001 BTC / 0.001 BCH/ 0.01 LTC/ 1 DOGE/ 0.01 ETH/ 0.001 XPR/ 0.01 USDT (ERC20). The low deposit requirement is more than fair, and it’s unlikely to turn any users away. They do not set a deposit limit, but this does not mean users can withdraw as much as they’d like to as well. 

We found withdrawals semi-problematic. Instead of the usual 2X wagering requirement, Coinslotty has set up hefty rules for withdrawals. Each deposit has a 3x wagering requirement before the funds are withdrawable while playing slot games. The requirement is even higher at a 10x wagering requirement for playing table games and any other games.

This means users are unable to hope for one big round and an exit. It’s a bit of an excessive expectation. 

The withdrawals were fairly simple, users can set their own gas fees if they are willing to wait for the funds to reach their wallets. There is a standard withdrawal limit of 12 000 USDT (or 0,6 BTC) per week and 60 000 USDT (or 3 BTC) per month. These limits can be altered as users invest their time into the Coinslotty website and join the VIP program. How do I withdraw from Coinslotty?
The site makes things easy for users to deposit, but difficult to withdraw. Aside from the wager requirements, the withdrawal section is hidden. Users need to click on the top right corner of the screen, then click on the wallet button, then on the withdrawal tab. From there it’s straight forward.

I was surprised to find that Coinslotty does not include a first-time deposit bonus. One of the main tactics cryptocurrency casinos use to draw users to their website is a massive bonus on the first deposit. Unfortunately, there are only two relatively small bonuses for first-time users.

Depending on how many Comp Point Rewards the users earn during their time at Coinslotty, they can use the points to purchase physical world items. Some of the Comp Point Rewards bonus items include an iPad Pro and an Xbox Series X. 

Conclusion: Is Coinslotty Legit?

Coinslotty is an effective casino with many benefits. The KYC is slightly invasive, and there is no major draw for new users due to the lack of deposit bonuses and the withdrawal requirements are a bit out of hand.

There is no talk of a Sportsbook or Live Sport option coming to Coinslotty, this is a feature many may be disappointed to see is missing. However, the site functions exceptionally well, and it is easy for all users to immerse themselves in a night of fun while sitting at home.
